The Gi-100 is a flat parts (nuts, washers, bushings, rings, etc.) inspection system. It's high speed laser measuring machine that uses a through beam laser and a highly accurate CCD laser array to calculate a part's height, profile and inner/outer diameters. Microsoft Windows based software makes part set-up easy, and allows for parts storage and retrieval. Vision is available to check for internal threads. And optional Eddy Current lets you check for metallurgical defects such as cracks, seams, and missing features (like weld nibs and chamfers) along with plating or hardness variations. Vision can be added to detect defects like missing internal threads, nylon ring presence, and missing crimps.
